Our Boat - The Brazen Hussy II

The Brazen Hussy II is an offshore 105 purpose built angling boat built to the highest standards in Plymouth.

With a cruising speed of 17 knots, this serious boat will ensure you always get to the fishing grounds promptly. The Brazen Hussy II hosts a large array of state of the art navigational and fish finding equipment and is fully equipped with SOLAS approved safety equipment. She is fully insured and licenced and is in compliance with department of the marine safety regulations.

She has tea making facilities and toilet.

Our Skipper - John Fleming

Blue Shark Angling Galway was setup in 2014 by owner/skipper John Fleming whose passion for many years was to run and own a sea angling business. John has over 10 years’ experience at sea both sea angling and crewing on commercial boats, ferries and workboats.

Fishing and angling has always been a part of John’s life as his father was a commercial fisherman for years and his parents run a seafood business.John has a commercial B skippers ticket and yachtsmaster ticket.
